Entry from: Ydra, Greece Entry Title: "Moving Day and dinner goes to ----the Girl Dog" Entry: "Moving Day, packing it up to relocate from Porto Hydra to the Island of Hydra (Ydra), supposely a 20 minute hydra-foil ride from the port of Ermioni. We got up earlier than usual to pack the bags, where did we get all these clothes. Maybe we should find a goodwill before we head back to Athens in a week. Another warm day outside, ok I should have said Hot. Packing proceeded well as Kathy worked the kitchen, trying to use up all the provisions we still have. Really not a lot. Breakfast looks like small sausages with potatoes a bit of Feta cheese, a white cheese we picked up yesterday and some orange juice. Looks like we won't be abandoning too much here in the hotel. The schedule for today is check out of the Porto Hydra, catch the shuttle to Ermioni harbor and then the Flying Dolphin picks us up and deliver us to the island. Our adventure continues........... Ok....so John was underestimating when he said it was HOT! It's terribly HOT! and the resort is not air conditioned. We are patiently waiting in the lobby for Cletus to take us to the port. Only 30 minutes more to go. Check was at noon and Cletus said he would be available at 12:45 to take us to Ermioni. We tried to explain that we wanted to go ...
